It's Me (and I like 'em tall!)

funny, ain't it?

Sooo...it's definitely been one of those "funny, ain't it?" days. I prayed about a lot of things last night, but one in particular was my monetary situation. My cell phone bill and a credit card bill are both due this week, and since I had 25 bucks to my name, I figured I should start praying. I'm in the process of selling my car to my friend Kristen, she happened to insist on giving me $200 today, and an even bigger chunk tomorrow. Also, there was this lame banquet for work and I only went because Mike Wesch called and asked me to go. I get there, my boss hands me an envelope...I totally forgot that the school district owed me $66.!!! YEAH! GOD RULES!!

Here's another "funny, ain't it?" Some people know my issue with shopping, and I always go to meijer because I know where everything is. Well, I've been waiting for this CD to come out for about a month and (even though I'm dirt poor) decided I had to go get it. I took a shower before I decided to get the CD tonight. There's never anyone special out at these hours of the night. I threw a ball cap over my wet hair, didn't bother with make-up OR A BRA, and put on pj bottoms, a t-shirt and filp-flops. We'll say it's a good thing I at least wore my jacket, cuz it's about to get funny (uh-oh). K-Mart is definitely cheaper than meijer. I struggled at the stoplight as to which way to turn...and ultimately headed toward K-mart. I walk in...and who's there at 11:20pm, none other than Brian Koss! YEAH! He was buying a freakin' playstation game cuz he was bored!! Again, for those of you who know me, aside from cartoons...nintendo is my other main childish behavior. We chatted for a few, hugged, then he said, "Hey, gimmie a call later, I'll be up for a while." So of course I called him! I just got off the phone before I started journaling. He loves his new Spiderman game, and I love my new Emerson Drive CD...we are sooooo married! Anyway, I'm going to JD's to see him at work on Thurs, and we both have Fri. off so we're gonna try and catch a movie or something!! Thanks you God...you are so good to me!

Okay, done rambling...I'm gonna go to bed and stare at the ceiling for a few hours until I pass out from staring! :)
