A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Yesterday, But Not Today I can blog about what I did yesterday evening while at work on my Water Wars scriptwriting project, but I can’t for my DeathBringers project, which I should have been working on today. Why didn’t I get any writing done today? What is the usual reason why I don’t get any writing done? The usual reason is because of what my brother and I needed to do that day, but that isn’t the reason why I didn’t get any writing done on my DeathBringers scriptwriting project. My Brother and I did have some things we needed to do today, but that isn’t the reason for me not writing today. Of course, I’m writing this blog entry today. So, in a way, I am doing some writing today. It’s not my DeathBringers or my Water Wars project. It should have been my DeathBringers project, but it wasn’t because of what I have been spending most of today and probably tomorrow doing. I had about six hours to work on my DeathBringers project. After all, my brother and I didn’t have that much we needed to do today. So, why didn’t I work on this project today? It was because of who I work for now. I had some learning to do, and I have to get it done by Wednesday. That is what I have been working on all this afternoon, evening, and probably all day tomorrow. So, today probably won’t be the only day I won’t be working on any of my scriptwriting projects, especially this one. Hopefully, I will be working on this project on Wednesday and Thursday this week. That’s enough for what I didn’t write today, except for this blog entry. Now, it’s time to write about what I wrote yesterday evening at work. I started with the updating of my sentence and paragraph Scene Outlines. It took me longer to do that than I thought it would take me to do. It took me about three and a half hours to finish updating my sentence and paragraph Scene Outlines because I had some updating on the secondary character names for the first three Scene Outlines. I forgot I needed to update Reen, Voonc, and Kiirra before I could finish this part of the setup. The secondary characters weren’t all I needed to update. I also updated the color coding of the scenes fives and tens for each Act in the first three Scene Outlines. The color coding is only for the sentence Act Breakdowns, the Story Outlines, and the Scene Outlines. This color coding won’t be part of the paragraph Story and the Scene Outlines. After all, the paragraph Story and Scene Outlines are what Producers, Agents, etc., may want to see, and they don’t want to see sentences and color coding. They want to see the paragraph Outlines. After I finished setting up my Water Wars scriptwriting project, I started working on the sentences Act Breakdown and the Story Outline for Part One of this Movie Introduction. I got a total of eighty-one sentences written on this project yesterday evening at work. |
