Blog Prompt: Reflect on a time when you felt spiritually dry. What steps did you take to reconnect with God?

I have found that spending time daily in God's presence and his word makes a huge difference. Keeping a journal also helps. If I start feeling bored with what I am doing, I will look for ways to do it differently to change it up a bit.

Prayer prompt: Ask God to raise up leaders in government, education, the church, and other spheres worldwide.

What is Mahler trying to say, in your opinion? And is music more expressive than words? What do you think?

I think some people find it easier to express themselves creatively as opposed to directly. Poetry and music are safe places to express ourselves indirectly under the diguise of art.
