Welcome to my blog: I intend to share heartfelt writing about anything that comes to mind. |
Are you in the need for prayer? Let us know here and we will pray for you.
Take UP Your Cross Blog Prompt: Write about a time you felt God calling you to step out of your comfort zone. What was the outcome? I step outside of my comfort zone a lot so it's hard to pick just a single incident. Even as a child, I did so. I would try new things. It seems a lot of the times in my younger years though, I was discouraged from doing what I thought God was calling me to do by those who were in authority over me. Even though I grew up in a Christian home, my parents apparently confused their own will with God's will and caused me to be confused too. It wasn't until much later in my adulthood that I truly learned how to listen to God's voice and to know the difference from his voice and other's voices. Prayer prompt: Pray for intentional relationships with those in your life, especially with Jesus. Ask that God would help you to pursue and develop a personal relationship with himself. Dear God, Help me to have intentional relationships with the people in my life, especially Jesus. Help me to pursue and develop a strong personal relationship with you that cannot be shaken. In Jesus' name, Amen I received a message from Spock. He told me that I needed to check on planet Just a Penguin because there was a report of a fire, and I should make sure there were no injuries.
Read, review, and write about this item in your blog today. Have you had a similar experience? I think this is a funny and relatable story. I have had my share of morning struggles too.
Use this opening line in your entry today: I changed out of sweatpants for this. Have fun. I changed out of sweatpants for this. I should change that period to a question mark. Or I should use the phrase, "I changed out of my pajamas for this?" I think like that often in my current situation. Life just doesn't always go as we would like it to. Here's the question many of us are thinking, who ordered the polar vortex? Well, this is your moment to point fingers, cast blame or simply create the best story ever. Have fun. I say blame it on Canada. It came from there, right? ![]() ![]() |
