Almost Doubled

Yesterday evening and overnight early this morning, I wrote thirty-six paragraphs for the Part One Scene Outline for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. That’s thirty-two numeric scenes and four Establishing Shots. Eleven numeric scenes came from Act Two, and twenty-one from Act Three.

I was hoping I would get at least four more paragraphs written for this Scene Outline. Not only would it have ended Act Three, but it would have doubled what I did late Friday evening and overnight early Saturday morning. Unfortunately, I came close to doubling Friday night and Saturday morning, but I didn’t quite make it happen.

I’m kinda surprised I got thirty-six paragraphs written. After all, in the first two or three hours, I barely averaged two paragraphs every hour. Luckily, I started getting three paragraphs written every hour. Sometimes, I even got four paragraphs written every hour.

I don’t know why I only got two paragraphs written in the first two or three hours yesterday evening and overnight early this morning. I have been weak and tired because of the Cold I have had for the last week and a half, but I don’t think that was the reason for those first two or three hours.

I also don’t understand why I started getting three to four paragraphs written every hour after the first two or three hours. I’m happy that I did, though. After all, I didn’t think I was going to get so close to doubling the number of paragraphs that I did Friday evening and Saturday morning.

Hopefully, I will do as well or better later this evening and maybe overnight early tomorrow morning. It all depends on if I work my normal Sunday evening six-hour shift or if I work an extra six-hours because tomorrow is President’s Day. I don’t think I will be working those extra hours, though.
