There is a lot within me Other Than Scriptwriting. This blog is devoted to those stories. |
Ready to Create, But Not Post Yet It only took me about six hours to finish writing my WDC Short Story for this month. I’m not quite ready to create it yet. I still had a few things I needed to do before I was ready. The first thing I needed to do was reread it. I do that with all my short stories, but this one is different. I always come up with a generic title for a Short Story I am about to write as soon as I get the prompt for it, but I usually change it once I start writing it. This time I changed it twice after the generic title for this Short Story. The first one was ‘She/He, He/She.’ I liked that title, but I like the second title more. The second title for this WDC Short Story is ‘Locita/Heddus, Heddus/Locita. After I came up with this title, the next thing I needed to do was to come up with a Title Description. That wasn’t easy to do. I came up with several Title Descriptions, but they were longer than ninety characters. I needed one under ninety characters long. Doing all this took me another two hours, which still left me four hours to return to my Water Wars scriptwriting project. I didn’t do that because I would have two blog entries to write instead of one today: one for this blog, ‘Other Than Scriptwriting,’ and one for ‘Only My Scriptwriting.’ I decided to start writing my blog entry instead. I don’t post my blog entries until just before I return to work that evening, but I do usually write them when I return home from work on Saturday and Sunday morning. Since I had time to do it now, I decided to do it now instead of after I got home from work today. It’s also fresh on my mind for a couple of hours by doing it now. I haven’t decided whether I want to write a Shameless Plug Page and a Please Review Page for this WDC Short Story. I won’t be able to create it until at least this Monday. That leaves slightly less than three weeks before the end of this month. I still could do it, and I will write it up just in case I do, but I probably won’t do it this month. |
