It Doesn’t Matter How I Feel

This week has been very hard on me, especially with writing my WDC Short Story for this month. On Monday and Tuesday, I didn’t have the strength or will to write anything. I barely had the strength and will to write these blog entries because of the Cold I have been fighting. Yesterday and today have been so much better.

I want to blame my Cold for why I didn’t get any further along in my WDC Short Story for this month, but I can’t blame my Cold this time. My brother and I were to blame for me not getting any more written on this Short Story today. The Cold I have probably slowed me down some, but it wasn’t the reason why.

My brother and I had too much to accomplish today. Unfortunately, it took us almost to the beginning of this blog entry before we were finished with everything. I didn’t have any time to work on this WDC Short Story. I still have six more Sections to write before I finish it.

Tomorrow is Friday. I usually don’t have much time to write on Fridays until I return to work tomorrow evening at eleven PM WDC time. I’m usually too busy getting ready for work to write anything while at home. Of course, I’m not too busy to write another blog entry tomorrow.

What does that mean for this WDC Short Story? It means I will be working on it while I’m at work tomorrow evening and overnight Saturday morning. Hopefully, I will finish writing it during my eight-hour shift tomorrow evening and overnight Saturday morning. That’s about two hours and twenty minutes for each Part of these last six Sections.

I should be able to write around two hundred words in about two hours and twenty minutes. At least, I should be able to write that many words, but I may not be doing it because of Monday and Tuesday. I am feeling quite well today, but I’m not over my Cold yet. I’m still coughing and sniffing quite a bit, and I’m also sneezing.

Returning to work tomorrow evening and working overnight Saturday morning may bring back my Cold from Monday and Tuesday, which started last Sunday morning and evening. I don’t think this will happen because of yesterday and today, but it can happen. Hopefully, it won’t happen.

If I get my Cold back from Monday and Tuesday of this week, I may be lucky if I finish writing this WDC Short Story by the end of my work week on Sunday. If I don’t get my Cold back, I believe I will finish this WDC Short Story tomorrow evening and overnight Saturday morning.
