So the world is at war, hell is freezing over, and I am expecting to see pigs fly any day now!!

In other news, since the end of November and the colonist holiday we in the US celebrate called Thanksgiving, my house has had RSV, the flu, and Covid. Somehow though, through some bizarre mastery of anti-germ-ology that I didn't know I had and definitely don't deserve, but celebrate anyway, I have managed to avoid all but the slightest bug.

I have deleted Facebook from my phone for my own sanity. The temptation to make people who quote maliciously sourced information and make correlations out of 5G bandwidth and airstreams see common sense might just be my kryptonite.

However this has given me inspiration and chipped away at the giant writing block....lets be real it was becoming a writing wall...that was in my head. I really like the idea of mixing technology and fantasy. And I fell like there is a plethora of unexplored material out there for this.

I think I have decided to really push my writing for the next four years. I don't have a better vehicle for expressing how I feel. But this might mean that my writing takes a very dark turn. I feel so incredibly sad. Between governments who don't want peace, governments who see their people as commodities instead of human beings, governments who are making decisions because the people who bought their vote want it even though it is the worst thing that could possibly happen. **sigh**

Anyway.

We can't go over it, we can't go under it, we have to go through it. We will get to the other side of the xenophobic, war-mongering, inflation driving, misogynistic, antisemitic, philandering, cockwomble group of politicians. And then I pray that we will do better.
