The New Year
Are you ready for a new year? I always look forward to a new year I am not one who makes resolutions but I do get into getting rid of some things. Out goes some of those clothes I didn't wear last year. Maybe a piece of furniture, or old sheets and some dishes. It is time for new, right? I have already ordered and receive some new curtain panels for my bedroom. I see I need new lights outside to decorate that walk way. Our dog has picked up a few pounds and needs a new carrying case for travel. I am thinking of renewing my commitment to re-reading the Bible from cover to cover (did that this year). So, it is important to look at the new year with optimism and maybe make a few promises to yourself.

I might even try to walk more. In Florida, it get pretty hot and unless you get moving early in the morn, walking isn't that much fun. So I need to move and do it sooner. Little Guy, our dog, doesn't like to walk. He would run if I let him. It is hard to get a good pace out of him. I also plan on putting in more study in learning reading piano notes. I am doing okay but I know I can do better and plan better.

I hope your New Year starts out with a bang!
