Two Today, Six More Left
Two Today, Six More Left

I’m taking longer than I should write this WDC Short Story for this month, and I don’t know why. Some of the reasons are what my brother and I had to do today, but that can’t be the only reason. I don’t think it is; I think it’s something else; I don’t know what that else is yet.

I have been feeling weak and tired all day today. Maybe that’s why I didn’t write more on this WDC Short Story today. The only problem is I don’t feel weak and tired, at least not physically. I got plenty of sleep last night, and I don’t feel sick.

Maybe it’s the weather? I know it’s the start of the winter season. It’s supposed to be cold, but it’s not only the coldness I’m writing about. It’s the up-and-down cold I’m referring to. It’s near freezing or slightly below one week; it’s back in the forties or fifties the next week.

Whatever the reason, I wish it would go away. After all, I still have six more Sections to write before I finish this WDC Short Story, and if I have that many days, I only have two days to finish. I only had one day to finish writing this WDC Short Story.

After all, the days I return to work are usually hectic. I often don’t have too much time to devote to my why writing. If I'm lucky, I have enough time to write a blog entry for that day, but sometimes, I don’t even have that much time to do it. I sometimes almost forget to write it.

Even if I went to Cold Turkey, I couldn’t get six Parts written in one day. I could write four Sections, maybe even five if I’m lucky, but not six. What does that mean for this WDC Short Story? It means I will need to work on it this weekend while I’m at work.

I don’t want to work on it at work, but I want to finish it as soon as possible. That means finishing it up at work. I won’t create it until Monday, but I will complete it. The big question is how long it will take me to finish writing it. I should get it done Friday night/Saturday morning.

Hopefully, I will finish this WDC Short Story during my eight-hour shift on Friday night/Saturday morning. It all depends on how many Parts I have left to write during my first shift at work. If I only have two or three Sections left to write, I should get them written in eight hours.

The only other thing I could do is return to working on my Water Wars scriptwriting project while I’m at work and finish this Short Story on Monday. After all, I want to finish this WDC Short Story as soon as possible. I don’t want to do this, but it is an alternative.
