I Was Right again

I hate it when I don’t get any writing done any day I don’t get any writing done on one of my projects, except for these blog entries. Unfortunately, this is one of those days. Except for this blog entry, I haven’t gotten any writing done today. The only reason why I’m writing this blog entry is that I don’t want to miss another blogging day.

Why didn’t I have the time to get any writing done on one of my projects? It’s because my brother and I did return to our old place. Unfortunately, it wasn’t for the last time after all. We got the big stuff of ours out of there today, but we still need to go back down there one more time. We need to do it next Monday because of my work situation.

While we were getting our stuff from our old place, we found out we only had until the end of this month to move out. Unfortunately, I’m working next Thursday through Sunday, so my brother and I can only return to our old place on Monday or Tuesday.

My brother and I could return on Tuesday, but I agree with my brother. We both want to get this over with as soon as possible and Monday is the soonest we can do it. After all, I’m working tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday. Besides, the weekend rates on truck rental gas are enormous.

My brother and I normally could have done it on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday of next week. Next week is Thanksgiving here in the United States. I’m working on Thanksgiving. So, my brother needs to cook the turkey on Wednesday. The rest of our Thanksgiving dinner he can make on Thursday but he can’t do the turkey on Thursday.

Normally, I can’t work more than about twenty-six hours a week because I’m retired, especially on Holiday Pay. But because I have been out of work for the last few months I can work a little bit longer this year. I don’t know if I will be working Christmas. But I wouldn’t be surprised if I was. Unfortunately, I can’t work New Year's Day too.

That’s enough about today. now it’s time for some more bad news. I don’t think I will have the time to work on my Water Wars scriptwriting project tomorrow before I go to work. I will have a couple of hours until the end of tomorrow to work on it, though.

I will try to get some of my Episode Three Scene Outline paragraphs written before I go to work tomorrow evening. But I doubt I will have the time to work on it because of me getting ready for work. If I’m lucky, I hopefully will have the time to write another blog entry.
