Autumn's Work Is Never Done

Every leaf had taken to the wind,
Left a trail of trouble on the ground
Now I must gather up my courage
Set to work, no time to forage.

With rake in hand, I pillage forth
Draw in order, if it be found
Once work is done, I see it's not
As snow covers over the missing spots.
