Maintaining Balance

Hard to maintain one’s balance
In a world increasingly
Out of balance, out of kilter, unhinged.
So much anger, despair, fear, and hate out there
There is some hope that soon
The Trumpist-led nightmare will fade away
As Kamala leads a revival of love, hope, and joy.
Doing yoga daily is a must in these unbalanced times.
