Doors, walls, windows, stone,
These things don't make a home.
The truth be told there's more to it than that.
Home is more than where you hang your hat.
Doors, walls, windows, stones,
The soul of a house is the people it owns.
You think you can own a house.
As far as it cares it's owned by a mouse.
Doors, walls, windows, stone,
Without other people you're alone.
Without people that care do you even have a home.
With loved ones you're home wherever you roam.
