Quinoa and Bean Burgers

2 cups cooked quinoa
2 eggs
1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup flour

Mash all ingredients together and form into patties.
Cook patties until golden brown on each side in 2 tbsp olive oil
Serve with Dijon mustard and cheese
