A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Thirty More Single Sentencs A little bit more than I have gotten the last couple of days. I hoped I would get one hundred and eighty single sentences written today. Not only did I finish Episode Four but I also finished writing these single-sentence Scene Outlines for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the one hundred and eighty. But I also didn’t get the ninety I have been getting lately. I got one hundred and twenty. That’s only thirty scene numbers more and one Act. But that’s better than I have been getting lately. I only have two more Acts and sixty more single sentences to write before I finish writing this Episode and these Scene Outlines. Unfortunately, I was also right about it being Tuesday or Wednesday before I finished writing this Episode and Scene Outlines. What comes next? After I finish writing these Scene Outlines, I will start working on my single paragraphs. With fifty-four single paragraphs for every Part or Episode, I don’t know how many of them I can get done in one day. But I will get as many of them as I can each day. I’m thinking if I get twenty to twenty-five single paragraphs each day, I will be lucky. I will also be happy. Of course, I would like to write twenty-five to thirty or more each day. But I won’t count on that happening until it does because of the last few days. If I can get twenty-seven single paragraphs written in one day, that would be half of a Part or Episode. That would be great. But after the last few days, that may not happen. After all, that’s thirty-six five-line paragraphs and eighteen four-line paragraphs per Part or Episode. Half of those lines would be eighteen and nine. That’s more possible to get that thirty-six and eighteen. It’s not impossible, though. Last week I got four days in a row with one hundred and eighty single sentences. Those one hundred and eighty single sentences equal fifty-four single paragraphs. So, I can get fifty-four single paragraphs written in one day. But it’s also unlikely that I will. I hope that I do, but I won’t count on it until it does. After all, I have thought that before, and something has come up to prevent it from happening. I know one thing. It won’t be fifty-four or even twenty-seven single paragraphs. After all, it will take me two to four hours before I finish my single sentences. That will leave me about three to five hours to work on these single paragraphs depending on what we need to do tomorrow. As far as I know my brother and I don’t have that much we need to do tomorrow. I’m sure we have a few things we must do, we always do. But hopefully, it won’t take us too long to do them. The faster we get them done the more time I will have with my Outlines. |
