Two More Acts Today

It has been a very typical Monday. My brother and I had a lot of things we needed to get done today. But it was also not a typical Monday. We had a lot more things that needed doing because of our move back to Missouri within the next four weeks. It may read like it was all bad, but it’s not as bad as it reads though.

My brother did have more than usual for a Monday than we normally do. But it didn’t take us all day to do them. We have had Mondays that did take all day to accomplish, and they weren’t as bad as today. So, the first paragraph made it read like today was a lot worse than it was. It was bad, but it wasn’t as bad as it could have been.

I didn’t have too much time to work on Episode Four of my single-paragraph Story Outline for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. But I did have a couple of hours to work on it. within those two hours, I got another twelve single paragraphs written for this Story Outline. That may not read like much. But I think it is considering.

It also means that I only have four more Acts and twenty-four more single paragraphs before I’m finished with this episode and these Story Outlines. If I can keep up with two Acts per day and twelve single paragraphs, I should have these Parts, Episodes, and Story Outlines done within the next couple of days.

Because of us moving within the next four weeks, I may not have the time to get twelve single paragraphs written each day. But I’m hoping that I can get at least one Act per day. If I can do that, it will take a few more days to finish this episode and these Story Outlines, but it shouldn’t take me longer than that to finish this phase of my project.

Whether it’s a couple of days or a few more days than that, I’m hoping to get this phase of my Water Wars scriptwriting project done by the end of this week. When I do that, I will be ready to start working on my single-paragraph Scene Outlines. Normally, I would be doing that at work on Friday and Saturday. But I’m on vacation right now.

Instead of starting or continuing these Scene Outlines at work this Friday and Saturday, I will be doing it at home like I have done the last few days. I don’t know how many scenes I will be doing each day, but I’m hoping it will be fifteen to twenty. That will equal about one Act per day. If I could do that, it would be great.

If I can get the fifteen numeric scenes done each day and the two to six Establishing Shots that would equal around twenty single paragraphs per day. That’s durable depending on how much time I have to work on my writing. It may be only a few hours each day, it could be less than that, or it could be more. It’s all up in the air right now.
