Week 32 - A Sonnet - An Exhortation
Early morning comes, singing a bright tune;
Walking in the damp, dew covered grasses.
Marveling at what the Father has hewn,
At the creation wherewith He passes.
In awe, I marvel at His splendid hand;
Scarcely taking in His glorious work.
The textures, the colors, the beauty, and
Grateful for the Father's wonderful perks.
The birds, the animals are full of life;
Rounding out the Father's own creation.
Oh, to be without the burden of strife,
Quiet, content in one's contemplation.
Wake, all of you who are prone to forget
Meet with the Father, you'll have no regrets.
