A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
A lot More Than I Thought I’m always going to be a day behind with my Water Wars scriptwriting project because of my work schedule. At my old post, it wasn’t a problem because I got off work in plenty of time to write my blog entries for that day, but I can’t do that with this work schedule because I don’t get off work until midnight WDC time. So, if I don’t want to miss a blogging day, I need to write my blog entries ahead of time. At least I do for my Friday shift. That’s why there are two blog entries on Thursday night/Friday morning. The first blog entry is for Thursday, and the second one is for Friday, but to write my Friday I must speculate what I’m going to do Friday. I can go back to last Saturday in my speculation. If I remember where I left off last Saturday, and I usually do, but sometimes I don’t. Sometimes my remembering isn’t correct. It usually is, but sometimes it isn’t. Whether I remember it correctly or not, it’s still speculation. After all, I don’t know what I will do today until I do it. A good example of that is what I ended up getting transcribed yesterday at work and what I was hoping that I would get transcribed. I remembered where I left off last Saturday without any problems, but I was wrong about how much I was hoping to get transcribed yesterday. It was a lot better than I thought it would be. At my last post, my Fridays and Sundays were better than my Thursdays and Saturdays. It’s about the same at this post, but I don’t have Thursdays and Sundays as part of my shift. I only have Fridays and Saturdays at this new post. So far, they have been living up to my last post. I do better on Fridays than I do on Saturdays. I usually do better on Fridays than I do on Saturdays. A good example of this is what I got transcribed yesterday at work. I was hoping that I would get ten to fifteen scenes transcribed yesterday at work. Maybe a few more depending on how many Establishing Shots I had to transcribe. It was a little bit more than that. Yesterday I got twenty scenes transcribed from my scanned handwriting to my laptop. Seventeen were numeric scenes and three were Establishing Shots. I only needed seventeen numeric scenes to end the Part Two Teaser Act for this project. That’s what I did, but that isn’t all that I did though. Also got three Establishing Shots. That’s right, I ended the Teaser Act for Part Two of the Movie Introduction to my Water Wars scriptwriting project. I also started Act One of this project. Unfortunately, I only got the two opening Establishing Shots transcribed. That means I’m going to be starting with the numeric scenes today at work. Hopefully, I will get another twenty scenes transcribed today too, but I don’t think that I will. If I’m lucky, I will get ten to fifteen scenes transcribed today. I may get one or two more depending on how many Establishing Shots I get transcribed, but for the numeric scenes, I may get lucky to get ten to fifteen of them transcribed. |
