C-3: Enormous Creatures
Alice came across a large puppy and played with it for a while, didn't she? What pet would you like to see in such a size, and how would you go about taking care of it (if you could!) {<1000 words)

I don't have a pet. We had several different cats when I was young, and a dog who remained from the time when I was about twelve until I was in my early twenties. I also have some experience with guinea pigs, which my niece kept before their family got bigger with the addition of twin girls, which meant that pets became problematic. The thing is, I have a difficult time believing that pets would still be cute at an enormous size. After all, I am conditioned by my monkey brain, to freeze and retreat at the sight of any large predatory animal that is bigger than myself.

And so, when I think about enormous dogs (wolf!) or cats (tiger!) or birds (the picture that comes here is actually of one of those toys that is a bird perpetually drinking water with a large, stabby beak) or fishes (drowning!), I don't think cute. Instead, I think, monster! If I were shrunk (or a pet was grown) I fear that my first impression would not be to take care of it. In fact, I'd probably either freeze or run screaming, and by so doing, would probably die in agony.
