Go now, if you want it An otherworld awaits you Don't you give up on it You bite the hand that feeds you Artist: Rammstein (ramming stone) 2001 Album: None Game: Final Fantasy 10 Produced: Square Enix Genre: Industrial Metal/NDB Also known as the Sin Battle Theme for Final Fantasy 10. This is a German band, this is one of their few in English. Rammstein formed in Berlin in 1994. Vocals: Till Lindemann Lead Guitar: Richard Kruspe Why you ask? This is crazy screaming if you can call it music, but enjoyable. I may be small but my music likes are not. This is the them I listened to over and over for years as I played FF10 with my newborn son Jordan at my feet in a car seat. I played this game so much, I burned the cd out and had to buy it again. It was very popular in 2001, and I had a hard time finding it the second time. I know this tune anywhere. When I listen to it I get aggressive. It helps with exercising, walking even house cleaning when I don't want to. They say FF10 was the Final Fantasy for girls and I agree I still tear up if I see gameplay. I won't go into the game and gameplay, but this song plays as you fight the final boss. The game is dated now, and FF7 is the most famous, but many of the FF games have fantastic music. This is not for everyone and I admit if I never knew the game I probably would of never known of this band. Its stuck to me, I'll never forget it, never not enjoy it, and now so many memories associated with it. I never knew this back in 2001, but I played a lot of games, still do. I broke a lot of things, I was just a very angry person and never knew it. I find myself saying now that this game and others saved my marriage, I was able to avoid and ignore him. I broke fingers from punching stuff, I swore too much. I look at what I wrote back then and I know why now. I did love him, but he was toxic, and he gives me anxiety now. This tune will be kept when I in a retirement home someday. It helped me on more ways than I care to say. But "Fight on" I did and still do. |
