National Fibonacci Day
Now I imagine most people don't know or care much about this. The man, Fibonacci, was a mathematician from Italy. He formulated the Fibonacci sequence. But it was known as far back as 450 BC in the Indian culture as in India.

But really - here is the secret: each number is the sum of the two preceding ones. So, 0+1 = 1. 1+1=2. 2+1=3. 2+3=5. 5+8 = 13. 13+8=21.
