If a teenager has sexual intercourse with another teenager, it is illegal.
The State does not want teenagers to have sex, because it will lead to unwanted pregnancies.

Guilty if charged, but never convicted.
I had sexual intercourse before high school and before I became a teenager.
Most of my experiences were with older teenage girls.
Legally, I was exploited... But I enjoyed it.

A teenage boy had a fling with a teenage girl, who was younger than him.
The mother of the girl filed a restraining charge against the boy.
He violated that restraining charge in a postal parking lot.
And he was sent to prison for a week.

This is sad but true.
Gill could not speak to the daughter without the mother present.
Eventually, she moved in with Gill and his parents, when she was old enough.
The relationship did not last long after the move.

I think they were too young.
