Can you give a reason for the hope that is within you?




1 Peter 3:15-20 KJV
but sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

My faith is in God. This is the reason that I can have hope even when it looks hopeless. I also know that I am not perfect. Sometimes I forget this and start to worry and fear. That is when I need to be reminded that I do have hope within. This past summer taught me that in a big way - nearly dying of a septic infection.

I'm sure there is a better way to explain myself, and I am learning how to better do so. But this is what I have now.
