I'm doing better, though it's been another process yikes!
Had a ton of things to get done like laundry Etc. Wednesday met with my new NP. I was very nervous not knowing what to expect, after the past year I had going to so many different ones.
It turns out awesome, he knows I have serious problems with my spine and other things. He didn't make me feel like a criminal for being in pain or feel ashamed.
That was a real blessing and relief.
It freed me up to start focusing on other things like my writing and being in touch with the people who matter in my life.
I'm upgrading my 3 month here and looking forward to having more energy to review and " Be here now"!
I'm going through some changes about my faith and beliefs.
I've always been a more spiritual type than religious. Though for the past few years have tried to follow Orthodox Jewish ways. It was also in some conflict with my Catholic and Pagan and Buddhist beliefs.
I tried to incorporate everything.
Some would say " you can only choose one" some didn't see any problems at all. Of course it depends on what they believe.
I used to read a lot and didn't for a long time except Kabbalah and Torah Etc.
I'm reading Steve King
Revival! Got it from eBay last week.
Very good book so far.
I read a lot of his books over the years!

I'm blown away that poem I wrote so long ago (during bad panic attacks and depression in Georgia)
Lives on and touches people still.
Maybe my muse will help me write more! Hugs and blessings
