The Priesthood and Mel Gibson...

Mel Gibson is fun to watch in his Lethal Weapon days.
He is suicidal as a director.
I think it has something to do with his father...
Mel was raised in a strict Christen house.
And so was I.

Father Robert Burns was my uncle.
He would come over to my dad's house.
He was also the publisher of the Wanderer.
A conservative Christen magazine.
He would talk with me about anything.

Father Bob liked to drink Jameson whiskey.
I'd ask him if the universe is so big why did Jesus come here?
He replied, "Maybe he came elsewhere?"
"Why are you a Priest?" I queried.
He replied, "I like helping people and saying the Mass."

I think Mel Gibson is trying to say that in his movies.
I don't know if there is a god or if Jesus was God.
But, I think Mel has a mental illness.
I am not a doctor.
But, his movies are dark.
