Jonah and the Whale

Prompt: Write about Jonah and the whale.

Jonah refused to obey God and preach to the people God asked him to preach to. He went on a boat to the ocean and a storm came up and Jonah fell in the sea. A whale swallowed him and Jonah had time to reflect and pray. He asked God for forgiveness. When we disobey God, God has a way of getting our attention and punishing his children, so we will return to him and love him as we remember to do what he wants and expects of us. The whale spit Jonah back out after 3 days and Jonah had learned his lesson.
