That's what desperate people do.

There is no way of avoiding this influx of tides.
Meanwhile, there are droughts on the West Coast.
And deserts grow in Main and inland...
Water everywhere and not a drop to drink.
You'd need a processing plant to make saltwater into freshwater.
That's water the Sadis are doing.

Reflections~Maybe they can lower the methane levels?
