How Can I Change My Thoughts & Actions to Reflect This Truth? I can remind myself that I have committed myself to the Lord. Therefore he will establish my thoughts and set me straight. I need to pause to think before I act always. 6. How Does This Truth Speak to How I Eat & Move? If I am eating and exercising to please God, he will lead me to the way that pleases him most. I can trust him to be an accurate and secure guide. 7. What is God Asking Me to Do? I need to relearn how to eat. I need to get rid of bad eating habits and develop good ones. I need to re-establish my exercise habits and routine. 8. How Will I Apply This to My Life Today? I desire to learn to eat to God's glory. He will direct my path on this journey. He will establish my thoughts about food and dieting. He will renew my mind with his word. |
