there rests within a noble peace.

to give us days, that grow, increase.

a harbor, safe, and free from storm
to give us days, that grow, increase,
all free from lasting shame, alarm.

A harbor, safe, and free from storm
in moments', silent, thoughtful rest.
All free from lasting shame, alarm
with honor through each Earthly test.

In moments', silent, thoughtful rest
'mid rainfilled leaves of thriving elm
with honor through each Earthly test,
The Lord of Glory ne'er o'erwhelmed.
