Goals for 6/21 - 6/27
Update: Guess what? Life happened. 🤪 Go figure. I literally almost forgot to update this week has been so crazy. I am tired. I think Monday and Tuesday went somewhat as planned, but not completely. Not much went as planned anyway. I have not had time to do much for myself. My elderly neighbor keeps falling. I am not sure at this point how much her daughter truly knows about the situation. I am not sure she isn't downplaying her situation to her daughter because she is afraid of being put into a nursing home. I think I may end up having to call and talk to the daughter myself. I am very worried about her. I have had to take her to the Dr and take care of her over the last few days. I had to pick her up off the floor again this morning. Everything else has just been shoved to the back burner to take care of her. Sometimes you just have to help people when they need it. She just isn't too steady on her feet right now. I am afraid she is really going to hurt herself bad. She has already broken her nose, shoved everything in her face to the right, and now I believe she hurt her knee. She has skinned up her elbows in 2 previous falls and is still healing from that. She is about to be a walking bruise. She looks like she picked a fight with Mike Tyson and is probably feeling like it too. She keeps saying if she can just heal from the last fall she thinks she will be ok. I finally convinced her to use her walker today. She will be 79 in August. I know I can not continue at this pace for an extended period of time. I will do what I can, but I may seriously have to try to get her daughter involved. I don't mind helping her, but she really isn't my responsibility. So I need to be careful not to overstep certain boundaries. I found out some things today that I will definitely take into consideration.
Hello, this is a brand new week. I have had a few pep talks with myself over the weekend. Let's see if they have done any good. Lol I did manage to write 2 Bible studies over the weekend and start on the third. So I am finally at least one Bible study ahead. Yay!
1. Write the next Bible study so I can be 2 weeks ahead.
✔️2. Write a story for your better nature contest and Christian contest and if I have time for verfabula and no dialogue contests.
3. Thoroughly clean the bathroom.
4. Sweep and mop floors.
✔️5. Set up getting driver's license again.
6. Starting tomorrow, record my food intake.
7. Start walking for exercise again.
✔️8. Start going gluten free tomorrow to see if that makes a difference.
9. Do 14 anniversary reviews or as many as I can so I can earn my merit badge and more GP's.
