No Establishing Shots Yesterday

It was very good yesterday for the first part of the movie for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. At least I think that it was. After all, I got seven scenes written yesterday at work. And none of them were Establishing Shots. They were all either thirteen-, fifteen-, or nineteen-lines long aka thirteen, fifteen, or nineteen seconds long.

I’m kind of surprised that I did that many at work yesterday. Why do I think that way? It’s because I was at work. That’s why. It was a very busy day yesterday at work. Not only was it extremely busy there, but it was also quite hot there. Of course, I was out in that heat a lot more than I have been lately with my long-sleeved shirt on.

That’s not all, though. Not only was it hot outside, but the inside of my guard post wasn’t also that much better. The AC was on. But it wasn’t working very well. Whether I was inside or outside it wasn’t a good day when it came to the weather. The only real difference between the two was that I could sit down inside that heat.

I don’t know how I got seven scenes written yesterday at work. Except that when I started writing I couldn’t stop myself from doing it. The only thing that did stop me was work. Unfortunately, there was a lot of work to be done. That didn’t stop me, though. In fact, I don’t even think that it slowed me down that much.

Today, I’m going to continue working on my movie script for this project. And I hope that I can get at least seven more scenes written today. If not a little bit more than that. That’s why I want to get accomplished today. But I doubt that I will be able to do it. After all, I can’t get lucky two days in a row, or can I?
