Check In on weight goals

I weighed 228.2 this morning, so that is good. I need to be more consistent with my exercise, but honestly sometimes I feel too tired to do it especially if I have been out running errands. Maybe I should start doing it in the mornings instead of evenings. Maybe that would also help my energy levels during the day. Sometimes finding your way to a healthy Weight is a bunch of trial and error to see what works best for you. I am not just trying to lose weight. I am trying to learn to grocery shop, eat and live healthier in order for the positive changes to stick with me in the long run. My overall health depends on it.

2/22/2021
I weighed 225.4 this morning. Hopefully that means I am on the right track. I honestly didn’t do a lot of exercise this week due to the weather. Planning meals and snacks ahead seems to work well for me. I am trying to also make myself eat more fruit and vegetables. Anyway, I had some good progress this week. Upward and onward!
