It has Happened Again

It has happened again to me. Just like the title of this blog entry is written above. But it’s this time it’s a good thing. What am I writing about? It’s about yesterday at work. And how many single paragraphs that I got written for my Water Wars scriptwriting project.

The number of scenes that I wanted to get written yesterday at work was fifteen. And that’s how many I got written too. At first, I thought that I would be lucky if I got ten of them done. That’s because it took me almost four hours to get the first five done.

I figured that if it took me the first half of my shift to do five single paragraphs, then it would probably take me another four to get five more done. But that isn’t what happened. Not only did I finish the first episode Scene Outline, but I did the first ten of the second one too.

Maybe it was because it was the beginning of the second episode of this project that I got ten single paragraphs written. then again, maybe it wasn’t. After all, I usually have a hard time getting an episode or beginning of a movie started. But that isn’t true about yesterday.

Don’t ask me how I did it. but I did. And that’s all that counts. With the two Establishing Shots for my Teaser Act for the second episode of this series, I got seventeen single paragraphs written yesterday. For a weekday, that would be great. But for a Sunday it’s just very good.

It looks like I may have been right about something else too. I thought that I was writing a day behind because of Friday being Christmas. And it appears that I am right about that. it was kind of busy yesterday. but it was more like Saturday busy instead of Sunday busy.
