Snoring lullaby
The most sweet, comforting sound in the world (to me) is the sound of dog snores. I had a Golden Retriever named Samantha who lived with me from the time she was 2 years old until she was 15 years old. She snored every night. After she crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I couldn't sleep without the sound of her gentle snores.

We had an American Bull Dog named Sonic who snored occasionally. His snores were more like the sound of an angry bull, but it still made me smile.

I have two dogs who snore now, little Basil and Tamale. Snores from a small dog are so adorable! When I hear them, I just want to curl up and take a nap. Basil is snoring right now as I am writing this. I can't take a nap; I've got to get ready for work. Life is so unfair.
