Feeling More Positive and The Dirty Dishes Theory
7 ‘Azamat 164 B.E. - Wednesday, May 23, 2007

I’m in a more positive mood today. I’m not sure what’s changed whether it’s my outlook about the situation or the situation itself. I’m not saying that there won’t me more problems, but I’ve decided to take some positive steps to get control of something in my life. I think all of us must feel we have control over something, even if it’s only to take action on something. The only thing a person has any control over is their emotions and reactions to a situation.

Mom’s diarrhea is a lot better today (I think I said that yesterday, so I may be repeating myself). We’ didn’t go to the celebration of the Declaration of the Bab last night. Both of us were extremely tired and we went to bed early. Going to bed early was a big mistake. Going to bed early is always a big mistake. When we go to bed early we wake up early. Mom woke up at 11:00 pm last night and then spent the rest of the night waking up every few minutes or so. Tonight I don’t think were going to bed early. I need the rest and going to bed early doesn’t cut it. I missed not going to the celebration last night. There is another commemoration next week. I don’t know now if I’m going or not.

I have a theory about dirty dishes and temporarily uninhabited apartments or houses. I suspect that when one leaves their home or apartment to go else where for a couple of three weeks, then aliens (the kind from other planets) camp out in the place. Since they don’t know the specific time the owner is coming back, they are always caught by surprise when the owner returns. Anyway, the owners or renters always return when the interplanetary aliens are in the middle of a meal. Since they don’t have time to do the dishes before the home owner or apartment renter walks in on them, they leave dirty dishes.
