I WISH YOU HAD BEEN MINE
I WISH YOU HAD BEEN MINE

I wish you were mine again,
And your lover I were;
In love valley, new colours
Of joy would then linger.

Evenings would then be fragrant,
Nights full of love so sweet;
Heart would be free of all woes
In joy our youth would meet.

Let’s go down the love lane which,
To visit, we were prone
Let’s capture once again the
Memories of days gone.

Maybe in life this moment
Will never come again.
Let’s dance in arms entangled,
Let love be our refrain.

Let’s give to each other a
Token of our love sweet.
We may not come near, Khalish;
In thoughts yet we may meet.
