 Kiya's Ramyeon Delight:1 packet of ramyeon (Korean) noodles 1 small tomato, finely chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 chilli pepper, sliced thinly 1 cup of frozen vegetable blend (optional) 1 cup of beef (or chicken) sausages chopped (optional) 1 medium-sized egg A slice of cheese 300ml of water Cook and Prep Time Total: 5 – 10 minutes 1. Pour water into saucepan and bring to boil. 2. Add in sauce/seasonings from ramen packet and stir. 3. Add in ramen noodles and all vegetables including any optional additions you like. 4. Allow to simmer, on medium heat, for about three minutes 5. Crack the egg and add to pot (do not whisk) 6. Simmer for a minute longer before removing from stove top to cool 7. Immediately add slice of cheese on top of ramen and allow to melt The beauty of the ‘ordinary’ ramen is that you can do anything with it. The above is just a basic recipe, but there should be no imagination as to what you can add in the pot to make it richer and even tastier – especially the sauce/soup part that remains once the noodles are finished.
