G1 I love my Love with an H

G1 “I Love my Love with an H” - Create a character with a name that starts with the letter 'H', who lives in a world where most things revolving around him/her starts with the very same letter. These items (plus name) must be used at least ten times within your item. (<500 words) or (<40 lines)

Happerdickerty is quite happy to habituate in the land of Haberdashery. Hats are common in Haberdashery. Hats of hair, hats of hubris, hats of high humor. All habitants of Haberdashery take great care to hang their hats from hazelnut trees. Happerdickerty’s hat hangs high in his hazelnut tree outside his house.

The horticultural haven in Haberdashery contains several trees, including the hazelnut, the hog plum, the Hong Kong orchid, and a Hercules’ club. Hordes of Haberdashers crowd the haven during the annual ‘Haberdashery Honorary Horticultural Happening’.

The ‘Happening’ features hours of horticultural lectures, as well as an honorary feast. This year Happerdickerty is in charge of the honorary feast. His menu will include: hummus, hazelnuts, huckleberries, hamburgers, hash browns, hot sauce, horseradish, and hot chocolate to drink.

Another feature of the ‘Happening’ is the hat decorating contest. The best decorated hat will receive a prize of 100 hoperne. Last year’s winning hat was decorated with hibiscus flowers, second place hat had hazelnuts piled high. Happerdickerty is judge this year. He states “‘Haberdashery Horticultural Happening’ Haute Hat’ should be high on Haberdashers’ list of have-to-dos. Hats, Hats, and more hats! Piled high in the hat hut for all to see. Have a glance, have a look. Haute hats for all! Cast your vote and see who gets the highest number!”

The ‘Happening’ charge is 25 hoperne, for the lectures, hat contest, and the feast. Haberdashers willingly hand over the hoperne for the honor of attending. The ‘Haberdashery Honorary Horticultural Happening’ is a haute event for the Haberdashers.

Since we have mentioned Happerdickerty, you need to know the history of this person. He is descended from a long line of hat lovers.
The haberdashers that established the town of Haberdashery came to love this part of the high hills were the Happers. They married into the family of the Dickerty’s. It was only fitting and right, at that time in history, to meld the two names. Two became one and the name of Happerdickerty is now a well-known family of Haberdashery.

Happerdickertys passed down the art of making hats to all the children of Haberdashery. It was a required course in school. If you did not serve in the military for the country of Hiloverthere, then you were a haberdasher in the town of Haberdashery.

Several families now live in Haberdashery. The Happerdickertys, the Weeavwers, the Huojkn, and the Hqwerqrgb.

But lately Happerdickerty has thought about dresses. He’s secretly been watching movies on the computer. There’s one that features Dior and fashion of the post-war that intrigues him. Happerdickerty doesn’t know what post-war means, or who Dior was, but the idea of a dress is haunting.

Spoil Huojkn recently heard Happerdickerty say, “I think we need to make dresses. Start thinking of silk, faille, satin, lace, tulle, and brocade. H is out. D is in.”

Huojkn stated “I couldn’t believe my ears. The high priest of hats, Happerdickerty, saying the D word. Mon dieu!”
