One day when Sam Adams
And his wife were still working
On one July 4th holiday evening his wife
Maria Lee made spaghetti bolognese
Topped with cheese parmesan
And Ground meat
It gave them a lot of energy.

But she said
“One still has to go to work”
She sadly said
Reporting to the Pentagon situation room
One year before September 11 blew it apart.

She was in Korea at that time
As Sam was assigned to Mumbai
As a diplomat.

Note my wife was working at the Pentagon sitution room one year prior to September 11. She took an assignment in Korea early so she could visit me easier. If she had stayed there she could have died if she was working either the midnight or morning shift as the situation room works three shifts per day
