A poem about mixed feelings

I was away for a while because I was having mixed feelings about some one.
And I was keeping my feelings bottled up inside of me .
So when my feelings came out they would come out in a bad way towards other people.
So then my family noticed my feelings coming out in a bad way and said something to me about it so i found away to deal with them on my own for now.
But I promised my mom I would try to deal with them in a different way so I would not say any thing hurtful to my family and friends.
