The second poem I ever wrote
I walk down the street
With the cars rushing past
I had no idea
A life could end so fast

With hardly a notice
Or even a care
She lay on her floor
Her lifeless body bare

There was no sign of struggle
Because she didn't know
They lay there and he said "I love you"
And then he called her "ho"

He took a knife from his pocket
And stabbed her to the bone
He stabbed her more and then he left
To let her die alone
