A free-form poem descriptive and introspective.
Frail, weathered and craggy,
From the extended exposure,
Obstacles are hit,
Yet easily navigated,
Different than when green,
And Stronger, heavier, more stubborn,
Catching on so many snags,
Always reaching, searching,
Now with less appendages,
More smooth with harder exterior,
Softer inside, less pulp,
Yet filled with millions of things,
Flowing light, a vessel of experience,
On top of the whimsical medium,
Leaving nutrients for edification,
Onward till more is given,
Than can be received,
Diminishing mass,
Accelerating naturally,
Then gone, the journey done.
