My first published poem.
Swirling, Swirling,
Up in the sky,
Where are you from --
Up so high?

Mounds of marshmallow crème
Stirred with a spoon.
Didn’t anyone tell you?
You take up too much room.

Where is my blue,
My blue-blue sky?
I miss you ever so much,
And now you must cry?

As your tears drench my hair,
I wonder if these clouds will ever disappear.
I know that they must;
It’s the way the World works,

But if the World ended today,
I would lie here,
Drenched in your tears,
Unable to runaway.
