i decided to bring this back because of the elections.
Many a day has passed.
More than a month has gone.
Some thousands have died.
And still thousands to come.

Buildings have collapsed.
Planes have crashed.
Freedom is now gone.
It's a thing of the past.

Many will fight,
and some will win.
Too many will suffer,
and some will sin.

Now you pray for
the red,white and blue.
You can pray for the men
in uniform too.

You now go to church.
But who is praying for you?
You're thankful for the things you have.
But what will happen in a year or two?

Will you still feel the same?
Will you remember my words?
Will you still hear your heart,
striking the same cords?

The tragedy has come,
and now that its over,
do you still feel love
for your colored brother?

The towers are gone,
we can't bring them back.
But together we may be able
to fight off another attack.

Dont give up on America.
Just remember the day,
you felt sorry for the ones,
who are not with us today.
