love can be complicated
she makes me blue
twisting my guts and
tearing them out with her teeth
swallow me whole
consumed

consumed with lust
I sold my soul
for a chance to be
a part of you

your teeth in me
tearing out my resistance
with each nibble
and punishing bite

consumed with passion
you bought my soul
for a chance to be
part of us

tasted and sucked-bitten
offered and taken-loved
I have been totally
consumed
