DAWN

Black turns to a darker blue,

Emerging into a purple hue,

Yellow drips like golden dye

Firey red bleeds the shadows dry

Sunlit beams pierce the mists,

And swirling orange swings and twists

Escaping from the blackend land,

Turning now into something bland

Looking upwards to the stars,

The Moon, Venus, Saturn and Mars.

On a clear day we can see it all

Wishing to follow natures call.

But looking into the pinky sky,

We wonder how and question why
