Gather ‘Round the Campfire

Gather ‘round the campfire
Basking in soft glowing warmth
Quietly listening to flames crackling
As they speak of untold desire.

Gather ‘round the campfire
Daydreaming of our hearts’ wishes
Buried so deep inside our souls
Obscured in daily muck and mire.

Gather ‘round the campfire
Telling tales of ghostly woe
Where creatures of the darkness lurk
Never getting within sight of the fire.
