'Catch a falling star'--the star's perspective.
plucked from the sky
I hurtle to the earth
and find myself in the cold, clutching grip
of the girl who thought I was pretty

my chest caves inwards as
I cannot
         must not
shine.
all so not to melt
my frigid captor.
