A man is exploring an unknown land that he unknowingly rendered from his unconscious mind.
In the beginning there was nothing. Infinite darkness. No light at all. Just a small amount of light could bring something to life. Anything, but nothing. Then there was a feeling of flight like being pulled by an invisible force into the cosmos. Suddenly there was a burst of light. The burst of light that would change everything. The spark that ignited the fire. Where this spark came from was of no importance. Just that fact that it had occurred was all that mattered. There it was all in one burst; life. The being was now alive, and he was the only thing alive. He somehow had preexisting knowledge that he was a human, and his name is Wilson. This was already known to him, but how? He did not know where he was and why he was here? He was curious to why he was here and not someone else; why he was chosen? Nothing had value to him. He was floating peacefully in the unknown cosmos. Wilson wondered why everything was so dark. Why canât I see? Why donât I know why I am here? Where am I? This worried Wilson, and he began to think. All of a sudden he opened his eyes. Wilson could see out of the darkness because the darkness was only an illusion to him. To his surprise there was light. Light was everywhere. Only moments ago it was a rare object, but it really was everywhere. This was a great achievement, but it was such a simple task. Just to opens oneâs eyes. Yet moments ago his eyes were closed. Wilson grabbed onto reality even though he did not know where he was because he knew he was there wherever that may be. He looked around, and saw the beauties of where he was. He realized that he was the only one who could ever see this. He did not know why, he just knew. He looked around as though he was never alive before. He was able to see things only he could see. No one else could ever see this and he embraced this and was proud of it, but humble. He felt himself at such peace because he was at a place where he fit in. Wilson was looking up, looking up laying down on a grass field next to a lake. The sky was not like the one he remembered from which seemed like his past life. It was a light purple color. A beautiful color that he enjoyed but worried him. Why was he at this place? It seemed like home to him, but he never has been there before. He was worried if was dead, or abducted by aliens, he did not know. This seemed to pass over very quickly as he realized he was in a whole new world. Wilson saw that the sun was not the sun he was used to seeing. It was a Blue sun, and he was able to see a few moons overhead. One particularly interested him because the others were desolate waste lands just floating around while the other one stood out. It stood alone, thriving with life, and water. This gave him some inspiration, and he wanted to write and document this wonderful place but he realized he had nothing with him. Just his favorite pair of clothes on. Wilson got to his feet and took a look around. He could not fathom the nature that was thriving there because it was so untouched and preserved. Wilson walked over a few yards to a wide open lake. The water was perfectly still, and he looked over and saw the mountain ranges on the other side of the lake. As he got closer he could see multiple fish swimming along the shallow waters. The water was very clear and he could easily see the bottom. The fish were almost like rainbow trout that were just swimming around, and seemed to be scavenging for food. He was curious about these fish because they were the first living beings he saw that were not plants. Before Wilson reached the small beach he took off his shoes and placed them neatly aside on the grass next to a tree. He walked on the beach barefoot and headed for the water. Slowly he walked in. He was astonished to the fact that the fish were not frightened, but they were even curious to what he was. He walked through the water slowly to about knee height and sat on a flat rocky out crop. His feet were still submerged to about half way up his shin while he was sitting on the rock. He watched the fish swim around his feet in curiosity, and after a few minutes they went back scavenging. Wilson continued to survey the area, and this made his worries go away. He was at peace, and he felt very alive. After admiring the scenery a little longer, Wilson decides it time to explore some more. As he slides off the rock and slowly into the water he looks to where he put his shoes and notices someone sitting next to his shoes looking at him. He was shocked because it was the first person he saw here. It was a woman with dark hair, and wearing a spaghetti strap skirt that covered from just below her collar to half way down her thigh. After a few seconds of staring, Wilson pulled it together and slowly walked over to her. âWe have been waiting for youâ the dark haired girl said to Wilson. âYou have? Why am I here?â asked Wilson now really confused. âYes we have. Without you none of this beauty and life would be in existence. You have always been here. You were just not able to experience it consciously. I know this is confusing for you to understand, but you will. My name is Aulina, and I was sent to be your guide.â âWhat? What does that mean?â asked Wilson. âNo more questions right now. You will find out sooner than later. Please follow me.â Aulina then started walking on a path going into the woods. Wilson quickly put on his socks and shoes then caught up to Aulina waiting at the start of the path. They started walking along the path leading with Aulina and Wilson following closely behind. Walking behind Aulina, Wilson could not help to notice her body figure. He had a lust for her, but a lust that he felt he would never get the chance to satisfy. This troubled Wilson, and as he was watching her ass as she walked she turned around to check on him because he did not say a word since they got on the path. He was caught up in thought, and she knew what he was looking at. She caught him and he knew it, he was embarrassed and felt like he made a mistake. Wilson was expecting to be yelled at, and watched her lips until she does so. But she only moved her lips to make a smile. Wilson did not understand, he was expecting that he was in the wrong but she seemed to be happy. âFollow meâ, Aulina said then grabbed Wilsonâs hand was leading him off the main path to what seemed to be another path that was smaller and obviously not as traveled. They reached an area that was next to a river flowing strong with grass along the sides, and skinny little trees all around. There was a bridge upstream that was made out of wood plants to walk on and rope to hold on to. âThis is the first test. You must cross the river with no power or help besides yourself.â Before Wilson could ask what was going on Aulina walked back toward where they entered from and in a after a few moment she crossed the bridge and then was watching from the other side. He felt like he had the strength and energy of a god. A god that could overcome anything. This was not any god. This was a god that was unrecognizable to others. Only recognizable to him, and it was his god. For a second he felt like a god, that he was the god, but that did not matter to him anymore, he focused only at the task at hand. He was not worried, or scared. He was at peace. The only thing he cared about was crossing that river. Then everything went black, everything dark, only the flowing river was the only thing he could see. He ran faster he ever ran, straight into the water. Once he reached about to his knee he jumped diving in further, and began to swim. He swam as if he was in a still lake, but he was swimming through a flowing river. He fought and swam as hard as he could, and all of a sudden he felt sand on his hands. Wilson looked up and he was at the other side, he made it. Quickly he got up onto his feet, and walked over to Aulina soaked to the bone. He felt like he owed his accomplishment to someone else, as if it was not him but someone else gave him the strength to surpass this obstacle, but he knew it was because of him that he was able to accomplish this task, no one else, and he could prove it as he just did. He took pride in this but did not want to speak of this, as if it was his deepest secret locked away in the depths in his mind. Wilson was fine with this, he enjoyed the thought of it, so he let it be. âYou have done it. You passed your first test, come with meâ, Aulina then took his hand again and began to walk along the path. Wilson was soaked to the bone, but he took pride in his wet clothes almost like a trophy always reminding him of his accomplishment. Wilson felt like he was a whole new person. The nature was even more beautiful and colorful than before, and he felt like he had a connection to every plant, fish, tree, Aulina, everything he was came into contact with since he arrived in this place. He did not feel superior or inferior, he felt on the same level of life of everything else, the only difference was he had a different connection to reality. A new connection that he could feel, even though he did not knew where he was, or even if he was dead or alive, he did not care, he felt at one with everything. He did not care where he was, as long as he was alive and in this consciousness, he was at peace, and he thought it was good, and it was. His soul was growing, and getting stronger. He liked this, and he wanted to make it even stronger. They kept on walking on the path, passing by marvelous views of lakes, mountains, and landscapes. Wilson never felt so alive, as if the fire in soul was burning stronger than ever before. He thought to himself how he could only be somewhere for such a short while and come to realize so much at once. Just then Aulina said, âThis is only the beginningâ, and they came to the top of a hill overlooking a great city. The city looked full of life, with amazing structures made with expertise architecture with houses and buildings as far as he could see. As they walked toward the city Wilson felt something was wrong as if something was out of place. Something was not right and Wilson knew it. As they walked closer to the city, Wilson got increasingly nervous of what is to happen or what is in the gates. âThis is my city, our city, the city made by God for God. Inside you will face the truth. Your truthâ, Aulina said very seriously. This feared Wilson, and his mind began to race as to what is in this mysterious city. They eventually reached the gates to city and they were shut tight. What stood out to Wilson was that the stone wall surrounding and guarding the city was dark blue. Wilson felt an overwhelming fear, he almost did not want to enter, he wanted to leave, anywhere besides where he was. Just as he was going to ask why the walls are dark blue, Aulina said, âPlease open the gates. Only you can open them I cannot help. You will be stuck outside forever unless you open the gates.â Wilson doubtful that he is capable of opening the massive gates, walked up and pushes with all his might, but nothing, not even a budge. Wilson now really worried turned back to Aulina in desperation, but there it was, he felt it, the wetness of his clothes, his trophy. He felt ashamed that he had doubted himself, as if he betrayed himself, but he quickly cleared his mind and tried again at opening the gates. Wilson believed in himself, he quickly realized this was a mental battle not a physical battle. He walked up the heavy gate, opened his palm, and moved it toward the gates. Suddenly the gates started to open, but Wilson was not touching the gates with his hand. The gates were now open, but just enough to squeeze through. âGoodâ, replied Aulina very happily, then started walking toward a large building right in the center of the city, but they left the gates open. âLetâs get you some dry clothesâ, Aulina said, but Wilson was not paying attention because he noticed the walls changed colors from a dark blue to a dark brownish. Wilson was not fearful but curious because he was confused to what that meant. After a few more seconds of observing the walls he began to walk down the big brick road leading to the building. He quickly noticed the city that seemed so full of life had no citizens, no one in sight. This did not bother Wilson because he felt he would find out, but now is not the time to ponder this, he needs to catch up to Aulina. As he reached her she was entering the building, and when they entered there was no one was inside. Wilson was amazed. The building they have entered was full of astonishing artwork, and in the back contained what seemed to be a library. Everything was gold, gold railings, gold door handles, anywhere gold could be, gold was there. There was a throne in the middle of the building. The throne seemed to be completely made out of gold besides the cushion to sit on. Wilson was intrigued by the throne, and he walked over to inspect it better. âThis is city hall and you will sit in the throne once you are ready. All this is yours once you are readyâ, said Aulina very joyfully and cute, almost like she was flirting with him. Wilson turned and looked into her eyes, as if he never looked a girl in the eyes before. Something was different about her and he could feel it just in her presence, something that was important to him, something he was longing for. Aulina quickly grabbed his hand, and they were holding hands. Wilson felt like he completed the circuit that he was missing when she grabbed his hand, and he enjoyed this. âCome on, letâs get you some dry clothesâ, said Aulina. Wilsonâs clothes by now were dry, and now his trophy, the wetness of his clothes, was gone. But Wilson knew just because it was gone and he can no longer feel or see it, that it was still with him. His trophy will always be with him. Even though Wilsonâs clothes were dry he followed without objection as Aulina led him onto a stairway that went to the second level. They entered a room that had a fireplace that had no fire burning in it, a king size bed, and a huge window that gave them a view of the whole city as well as the mountain scenery off in the distance. Wilson was engaged in observing the city from the window, and noticed that the city did not have one citizen, it was a ghost town. The city was empty, even though it seemed like it was booming with life, it was lifeless. Wilson felt a connection between him and the city almost as he was the city, but then Wilson realized he was with Aulina and he spent quite some time thinking leaving her alone for a long time now. Wilson turned around and Aulina is standing next the bed, but she has no clothes on, she is completely naked. He examined her youthful body, so beautiful he thought to himself. She was perfect, like a goddess that came from heaven, everything about her was perfect, and she had no flaws to Wilson. Wilson walked over to her and they went in the bed. He felt her warmth, freeing his bondage to virginity, his virginity to plain emotionless sex that had no meaning to it. He had sex before but this was different. He felt her soul pour into his, bonding them mentally, psychically, and spiritually. This was not lust or love it was something more, something higher, something that is unexplainable, something that cannot be put into words, it cannot be described, only felt. He felt human. He was a free man, a new man. Wilson was never was the one to show emotion and affection but something sparked in him, a spark that gave him emotion, emotion he did not have before. He felt alive, more alive than ever before. Bliss overwhelmed his body, he has satisfied his lust, but his lust was not lust anymore, it was greater. After a few minutes of relaxation, he kissed Aulina and fell asleep.
Wilson woke up facing up laying on his back. He noticed a writing on the ceiling above his bed that said, âThe minds that are tied down by ignorance and orthodoxy will live a life of prison.â He took notice of this, and then it fell off of the ceiling and settled into his memory. He got up careful not to wake Aulina and walked over to the window where he stood before. He was amazed. The city was full of life, there were people everywhere. He looked and saw people bartering, socializing, and having a wonderful time. Wilson did not know how this life came to be, but he did not ponder this, he let it be. He noticed the room was warm, and that the fireplace was lit. It had a small flame, but a flame that would eventually light the whole log on fire. Wilson looked over to Aulina still asleep, and decided to explore the building some more. He walked down the stairs to the first floor, and saw seven scholars in the library deep in their study. He then saw what seemed to be their teacher, a man in gold robes that seemed to be quite older than the other scholars. The wise man said to Wilson, âThis is the second test. You must descend into the basement of this building where no man has gone, and bring back the book at the end of the tunnel. There will be three demons guarding the book, you must kill them. Good luck.â Wilson thought of Aulina, sleeping peacefully in the bed, he felt loved, and with this came confidence, not overconfidence, but confidence. The wise man gave Wilson a Gladius, and went back to his work. Wilson then proceeded down into basement and went over to the entrance to the tunnel on the other side of the basement. It was very dark and was poorly lit by torches on the sides of the walls. Wilson walked into the tunnel and noticed a light, and as he got closer he noticed it was a campfire, and sitting by it was a man wearing shabby clothes, and the man ran up to Wilson and said, âMy savior, I was trapped down here for.â Silence and blood was engulfing the area where Wilson was standing, he has killed the man. But this was no man, it was a demon trying to deceive Wilson, and he killed him before the demon got the chance to harm him. Wilson remembered the words of the wise man, and he watched the soul of the demon descend into the depths of hell. Wilson was pleased, pleased that he has eliminated evil. The blood on his forehead from the demon was a trophy of removing the vulnerability to deception from his soul. Wilson then moved deeper into the tunnel, eventually reaching the second demon. This demon was a goblin looking creature with black scaly skin almost like a serpent. The demon was laying in endless riches of diamonds, gold, silver, rubies, everything. The demon then said to Wilson, âYou may share in my riches as long as you keep me alive. If I am killed these riches will descend with me to hell.â Wilson was not convinced walked toward the demon to kill him. Out of fear the demon cried out, âPlease...no, you can have all of it, all of it, don't kill me, please, plea.â Wilson killed the demon. Wilson watched as the demon and his riches descended in the depths of hell. The blood on his torso from the demon was a trophy of removing the greed and cowardliness from his soul. Wilson continued down the tunnel and he heard the voices of women, multiple women. As he walked down the tunnel he was flocked with naked women. Wilson walked right through the women, making sure he did not look any of them in eyes, and headed straight for the demon. Without hesitation he killed the demon without allowing it to talk. Wilson watched as the demon descended straight into the depths of hell. The women did not descend into hell with the demon. They were only an illusion as they faded away. The blood on his pants from the demon was a trophy reminding him not to get overwhelmed by the purpose of life. Wilson did it, he slayed the evil lurking in the depths hiding from sight. Wilson felt an overwhelming power soar through his body as the blood from the demons absorbed into his skin as a forever reminder of his accomplishments. Wilson continued down the tunnel and reached a bookshelf full of books. Without self-doubt he picked the one he thought was the right one. He took it from the self and it was blank from cover to cover. Wilson still did not doubt himself and he felt the book absorb into his skin and he could read it. He could read the blank book, absorbing all the lost knowledge the book contained. Wilson quickly returned to the wise man with the book. The wise man said, âYou have done it. You have completed the second test, as well as the third test. Follow me.â Wilson followed the wise man to the throne made of gold. Wilson noticed that the walls of city were now gold, and that the gates were wide open allowing for newcomers to come in. This gave enjoyment to Wilson, but his attention was quickly directed toward the throne. Aulina was waiting there for him. She came up to him and kissed him as if was the last time they were going to see each other. She told Wilson to sit in the throne and he did. Aulina looked him in the eyes and said to him, âWith life comes death, and with death is new life. Death is not the end, but a new beginning. Sometimes you can experience death and return alive; This is the key to the lock of the shackles of ignorance.â Wilson had the blank book on his lap in which he had returned and looked deeply into her eyes full of love. Aulina then took out a dagger made of gold and stabbed Wilson in the heart. The gold absorbed into his heart, giving him wealth above all other wealth. The blood from the stab dripped onto the cover of the book but left the pages clean. Wilson did not feel betrayed, angry, or misunderstanding, only at peace. He felt his soul leave his body, absorbing all the gold, art, knowledge from the library, the whole city, the whole planet, the moons, and the solar system. All Wilson could see was gold without greed, felt love without lust, and knew knowledge without deception, complete bliss. But then he felt cold. He opened his eyes again, he was not dead but alive. He was lying face up on a hospital bed, in pain but alive, the pain made him feel more alive. The nurse noticed that he is awake quickly walked over to Wilson and said, âYou were lucky to make it, you sustained multiple gunshot wounds to your chest and abdomen. You are lucky to be alive, but we never saw someone fight to stay alive like you did before, you are different, something special, someone we should all look up to.â The nurse went and retrieved something from his bag and gave him something. It was a book with a blood stain on it, and it was blank cover to cover. âYou had this with you when we found you, I thought you might want it.â She gave him a pen and the book then walked away. Wilson watched her as she was leaving the room. Then when she was about to leave she turned around and said, âWe won the war. You are a hero. You stopped the enemy, we are all free.â She gave him a smile then closed the door quietly. Wilson knew the book should be kept blank, so he just put it down and tried to go to sleep hoping to see Aulina again.
